  • Paru Nackeeran, Founder of Rise with I.C.E (Intentional, Courageous, Effort Driven), is a Women's Leadership Accelerator Coach dedicated to empowering women and immigrants to thrive in tech and confidently rise into influential leadership roles.

    Paru is a second-generation tech mom and a first-generation immigrant in the US. Her mission is personal. As a former Senior Manager at Apple, Cisco, and Google, she understands firsthand what it takes to thrive as a strategic leader. However, Paru lacked mentors to guide her path as a young immigrant mom "leaning in" through the ranks. Now, she pays it forward by coaching others to succeed in leadership.
